1. Contribution Terms

By making a donation through our website, you certify that:

You are a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.
The funds you contribute are your own personal funds (not provided by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution).
You are not a federal contractor.
You are at least 18 years old.

Federal and state law require us to use our best efforts to obtain and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of each individual whose contributions aggregate over $100 during an election cycle.

2. Contribution Limits

Individual contributions are subject to applicable limits under Ohio election law.
Corporate contributions and contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited.

3. Processing of Donations

All online contributions are processed through a secure, PCI-compliant payment processor. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
You will receive an email receipt confirming your contribution.

4. Refund Policy

All contributions made to Friends of Dan Nutt are final and nonrefundable, except in the case of:

A duplicate transaction;
A processing error; or
A contribution made in violation of campaign finance law.

To request a refund, please email friendsofdannutt@gmail.com within 15 days of the transaction date and include your full name, donation date, and amount.
Refund requests will be reviewed and processed at the Campaign’s discretion.

5. Recurring Contributions

If you sign up for recurring donations, your card will be charged automatically according to your selected schedule. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at friendsofdannutt@gmail.com.

6. Reporting Compliance

We are required by law to report donor information to the Ohio Secretary of State and/or other applicable election authorities. This information becomes part of the public record.
